## Status
Public MCP service is not yet released. No public endpoint is advertised.
Static JSON/CSV downloads are currently available. llms.txt is a discovery aid, not an access protocol.

## Interpretation
Keep market, vehicle identity, period, unit, test cycle, provenance and review status.
Do not equate China-partner trade with Chinese-brand sales. Keep origin, consignment and unresolved partner roles distinct. Do not equate customs destinations with retail sales or monetary values with vehicle counts.
Missing data is not zero. Keep statistical estimates separate and label method and uncertainty.
Preserve unresolved source conflicts. Source dates take precedence over catalog publication dates.

## Country expansion (2026-10-31)
This release includes 169 new source-scoped observations across BR, GB, JP, NZ, PH, ZA. Country, model and aggregate exports overlap. Public MCP is still unavailable.

## Weekly release: 6 November 2026
Trade references contain 20,019 reported metric values after 24 additional HMRC values for August 2026. Source versions preserve earlier provenance; full and delta exports overlap. Vehicle markets remain 10. Public MCP remains unavailable.
